Visitors

Public pages do not require an account, advertising identifier, or newsletter signup. Operational logs contain a request ID, route template, duration, and status—not form bodies, private profile content, email bodies, or access tokens.

Editorial invitations

We may use a business or collaboration email publicly listed by a creator only to make an individual editorial invitation. It is not sold, shared with another product, added to a marketing audience, or used for unrelated promotion. A decline stops follow-up and leaves only a non-reversible do-not-contact record.

Private review

Drafts, source notes, email conversations, change requests, and uploads are access-controlled and never appear in a public profile. Private review links expire and can be revoked.

Retention

Closed email content is retained for up to 90 days and delivery metadata for up to 12 months. Publication records are kept while a profile remains live. Non-reversible do-not-contact records are retained so a decline remains respected.

Your choices
